When will I be charged?+
You're charged immediately when you subscribe. Your next charge is exactly 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual) later. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money — all processed securely through Paystack.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
The Free plan lets you generate 5 payslips per month, save 3 employee profiles, upload your company logo, and access 3 months of history — at no cost forever. That's your trial. Upgrade to Starter when you need unlimited access.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is never deleted. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan and you keep access to your last 3 months of history. All previously downloaded PDFs remain valid. You can re-subscribe anytime to regain full access.
